Join us for this urban race through the parks, trails, and streets around Bellevue. This will be a 2.5-3 hour race with Trekking and Biking (cross-bike recommended).You can also choose to do the Trek-Only 3hr course with no biking.

Checkpoints are plotted on a detailed topographic map for you and your team to locate using only map and compass!

For this race, Sunset is at 7:34pm.

There will be post-race hot soups and food to get you replenished.

Race HQ Location

The race HQ and Start location will be Robinswood Park in Bellevue. Park in the west parking lot, HQ is east of the parking lot in the grass. Google Map Link to the approximate location.

Day of Race Schedule

The following is the schedule for all Weeknight Adventure Races:

5:00pm – 5:55pm

Check-in and Registration

	Check-in your team members, sign the liability waiver and receive your maps & passport. Be sure to check-in early so that you have time to get your gear ready before the pre-race briefing and do map study.
	This is precious time for you to study your map and plan your route. This will most likely not be enough time for you to make all of your navigation decisions, the rest you'll have to make out on the course.

5:55pm

Pre-Race Briefing

This is a mandatory meeting for all racers. We will discuss details and rules of the race, and provide course notes.

6:00pm

Start

The race will start at 6:00pm sharp. Don’t be late.

9:00pm

Course Closure

There will be steep penalties for completing the course after 9:00pm (1 CP penalty per 5 minutes that you finish after 9:00pm). We will provide time guides on your passport to help you decide if you are running behind and may need to skip some checkpoints to get back in time.

Surprise gear checks can occur anywhere along the course, so be sure that you have your required gear with you to avoid a significant missing gear penalty.

Trek	Individual	Light (headlamp works best, can use front bike light if it is easliy detachable)

	Individual	White Front Bike Light (only if race finish time is after dark)
	Individual	Flashing Red Rear Bike Light (only if race finish time is after dark)
