Ready for a great day getting wet and muddy in Seattle fall weather? This exciting race will get you out in the woods exploring the awesome singletrack and forests somewhere around the Puget Sound area. Checkpoints are plotted on a detailed topographic map for you to locate using only map and compass!
The mountain bike section is mostly all cross-country single-track, with some small hills, but no large climbs. The trek section has a lot of on and off-trail navigation with bushwhacking potential.
We also have a Trek-Only option with no mountain biking.
Wicked Winter Navigation Race

Wicked Winter Navigation Race is a 3hr or 5hr snowshoe rogaine navigation course in the beautiful Teanaway Valley forest. Checkpoints are plotted on a detailed topographic map for you and your team to locate using only map and compass!
The course will be hilly with varied terrain, but no risk of avalanches or steep terrain to navigate. Convenient start location near the Teanaway Campground in Cle Elum, just over 1.5 hrs from Seattle.
